Brokers operating in the property development and investment market have become increasingly valuable and as part of the team at ‘Stirling Partners Finance’, I have established long term relationships with developers and those needing funding for Buy-to-Let portfolios.
Sourcing the funding is however just one aspect of supporting a client in this position and my involvement also extends to:
- Working as part of a Developer’s team where they do not have the in-house capability to produce quality presentation documents, including detailed financial appraisals sought by lenders
- On-going relationship support with a bank or specialist development lender, which would be beyond the normal role of a broker
- Services to Professional Landlords (typically those with larger portfolios of rental properties) who face new demands from lenders for presentation and financial material (including formal Business Plans) as a result of increased regulation
